Adobe Acrobat has a very powerful and robust search feature that will search all PDFs in the specified area of the computer or network. Marking PDF documents with custom metadata can make this search extremely easy. Adobe Acrobat has a barcode form field solution in which the barcode contains the information from other form fields in the PDF. The information changes in real time as the form field values in the document change. The form field data can then be extracted by a barcode reader and the data automatically entered into a back office system or database. 9) CALCULATION AUTOMATION
